My Name is Nosheen, and  I am proud to be the Centre Director at Busy Bees Ealing Northfields

With over 15 years of experience in early years education, including 10 years in leadership roles, I am passionate about creating an environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. As a BA in Early Years Education & Leadership in Practice professional, I believe that the best learning happens when children are happy, curious and encouraged to explore through meaningful play. 

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children from a wide range of backgrounds and with diverse educational needs. These experiences have strengthened my belief that every child deserves personalised care, encouragement and opportunities to reach their full potential. 

I am incredibly proud of our dedicated team at Busy Bees Ealing Northfields. Together, we strive to create a warm, welcoming and caring community where children develop confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning.

The staff is amazing with kids!

We absolutely love this nursery! It has such a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, and everyone is incredibly friendly and caring. The staff are all competent and attentive, and they organise so many fun activities every day (including Yoga and cooking)—the children always seem so happy and engaged. A special shout-out to Veronika, who always goes the extra mile and is so affectionate with the kids. My son J adores her! Thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful environment. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!
