My name is Laura, and I am incredibly proud to be the Centre Director at Saxon Centre Busy Bees.

With 14 years of experience in early years education and childcare, I am passionate about providing the highest standard of care and creating an environment where every child feels safe, secure, valued and inspired to learn. I strongly believe that learning should be at the heart of everything we do, and I am committed to ensuring that every child is given the opportunity to develop, grow and reach their full potential.

My journey at Saxon Centre began in 2012 as an apprentice, and I am extremely proud to have progressed through a variety of roles and responsibilities to become Centre Director. 

My career journey has given me a wealth of knowledge and experience, but it has also reinforced my passion for early years. I remain committed to developing my own practice, supporting my team and ensuring that we continually strive to provide the very best experiences for the children in our care.

As Centre Director, I work closely alongside my Senior Leadership Team and the wider team. I am proud to lead a passionate and dedicated group of practitioners, each bringing their own strengths, skills and attributes to our Centre. 

Parent partnership is also incredibly important to me. I believe that strong relationships and open communication between families and the Centre are fundamental to providing outstanding care. Keeping the child at the centre of everything we do allows us to work in partnership with parents and carers, ensuring that every child’s individual needs, interests and development are understood and supported.

I look forward to welcoming new families to Saxon Centre, getting to know you and your children, and showing you around our wonderful Centre.
