It is difficult to put into words just how grateful we are to Busy Bees Norwich Airport. From the moment our daughter joined at just one year old until now (almost four), every single member of staff has shown her genuine love, warmth, and kindness. From the Centre Director to the nursery practitioners, everyone is approachable, friendly, and truly invested in the wellbeing of the children. What has always stood out to us is that they don’t just look after children; they genuinely care for them. Child safety is clearly at the heart of everything they do, and as parents, that has given us complete peace of mind every single day. We have always felt that our daughter was safe, valued, encouraged, and loved. Busy Bees Norwich Airport created an environment where diversity wasn’t just talked about but it was lived. As Black Africans we always felt welcomed, respected, and included. That sense of belonging has meant more to our family than words can express. The team has played such an important role in our daughter’s early years, helping her grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence. They have celebrated her milestones with us and cared for her as though she were one of their own. People often say, “Not all that glitters is gold,” but Busy Bees Norwich Airport is one of those rare glittering gems that truly lives up to its reputation. Finding a nursery where excellence is matched by genuine compassion, genuine inclusivity, and outstanding care is incredibly rare, and we feel so blessed that our daughter has spent her formative years here. Lots of love care and very professional educational knowledge for the little ones create the conditions for my child to have a great experience at BusyBees. Of course he had to get used to the environment but with the patience and experience and lots of cuddles he was able to thrive and now we can see so much enjoyment and improvement in his learning and experience at BusyBees. He is growing everyday and his awareness and kind nature is also thanks to the wonderful time he spend playing at BusyBees! Thank you!!
