Hello, my name is Fiona and I'm the Centre Director at Busy Bees Reading.

I have worked in early years education for 18 years, starting as an apprentice and progressing through a variety of childcare and leadership roles. I hold an Early Years Foundation Degree and am passionate about supporting children to grow, learn and reach their developmental goals. Building strong relationships with families and creating a safe, welcoming environment where children feel happy and confident to explore and learn is at the heart of everything I do.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Busy Bees and couldn’t be happier with the care and support our child has received. The progress he has made since starting here has been amazing to see, especially in his confidence. He’s become much more independent, social, and eager to learn, and it’s clear how much thought and effort the team put into supporting his development. The team are genuinely caring, supportive, and attentive to his needs. They keep us updated via the app everyday.
