Hello, my name is Tracy and I'm the Centre Director at Busy Bees Sudbury Hill.

I began my childcare journey as a nanny after completing my Level 3 qualification and joined Busy Bees in 1999 as a nursery nurse.

Over the years I progressed through roles including Room Manager and Deputy Manager, before becoming Centre Director 15 years ago. I also hold an Early Years Foundation Degree and am passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where children can grow, develop and feel happy while working closely with families to support the best outcomes for every child.

We are very happy with Busy Bees nursery. Since our daughter started attending, she has learned so many new things and has become much more confident. We’ve also noticed a big improvement in her behaviour—she listens better and interacts more positively with others.
