Hello, my name is Radha and I’m the Centre Director at Busy Bees Westminster.

I hold a Level 3 qualification in Child Care and Education as well as a BA (Hons) degree in Dance and Drama. I began my career in childcare over 20 years ago as a nursery practitioner and have since progressed into management, working across a range of private and corporate nurseries, including settings for the Ministry of Defence and Deutsche Bank. I am passionate about driving high-quality early years education and inspiring staff to be the best educators they can be, ensuring every child is supported to reach their developmental and educational milestones.

To help prepare your little one make the next leap in their educational journey, we have a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) who proudly supports all our Pre-School children to ensure that they have the fundamental knowledge for primary education.

We believe in continuous professional development, which is why we offer a range of extracurricular activities for your child to get involved in. From yoga classes to Makaton and phonics classes, there are endless opportunities for your little one to unleash their full potential. 

Our Westminster nursery also boasts an exciting sensory room for children to explore, featuring a variety of resources to excite the senses and stimulate the minds of your little ones.

And the fun does not stop indoors, with our outdoor area, children can develop their physical and social skills playing alongside their friends in different environments such as the mud kitchen or the sand pit.
