"The new unit manager in Ladygrove Busy bees Louise I think her name is, doesn't sound so friendly and professional every time she talks to the parents. She sound rude and robotic. It's not a pleasant to hear every morning in drop off time when you just want to be greeted with sunshine and late in the afternoon after a long day. The rest of the staff are great and lovely specially those who have been there for more than 5 years now, as we've been using Busy Bees for nearly 5 years. "
