"The staff have been great for my child. The key person we have had for a long while has been really really lovely and I do love all the staff that I have been able to meet in between drop Offs and pick ups. I think the comms/workings of the financial dept has room for improvement. Also things do take time and there are rules the nursery has around what can be changed and when as far as the provision of care - which can take a while to learn.. but the staff at the nursery themselves and the manager do try their best. I would say it’s very close to a 4 star experience due to the central admin and finance departments and based on the experience I have had and issues with these parts of busy bees. Other than that, out of a few nurseries we have been attending in the past this is my preferred.. As I do Love the current team I’m giving 5 ⭐ but I do think it’s a close pass due to some of the central functions and the communication between departments. "

"Caring staff, healthy food prepared for all meals, a lot of activities organised for the kids including physical exercise , academics, emotional awareness, emphasis on shaping respectful humans, communication with manager/staff is efficient, we don't have any complaints. "
