"Generally the staff mean well. I think the staff could be more engaging with the children and pay more attention to their development (those that are recognised collectively as requiring it), especially the key workers giving more constructive feedback to the parents. Further, it feels like the good staff who go over and beyond are not treated well or fairly or compensated in some way, there could be incentivisation to improve overall service. Staff that are continuously late or known to be performing poorly should be put on a PIP. Thanks "
