"It's ok but not amazing... New management questionable and they left a pull up on my child all day when he was meant to be potty training. Think it's no secret staff shortages but no communication about staff leaving or joining/coming back to the nursery the old management was strong at communicating this. My son has been innthe room 8 months now and still isn't listed under Gemma as a key child... paperwork is excessive on certain things and not on other things.... Happy to discuss my comments further. But if I have anymore children I'll be avoiding busy bees sadly. "

"The Team is amazing and my daughter seems to be very happy. You get an update daily of how they've been getting on which is greatly appreciated and the food offered seems very nutritious. The reason I'm giving a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating is that I do not agree or find it fair that if a child doesn't go in on the selected day or the child gets sent back home due sickness, the money paid for that day is lost, as it won't be refunded neither are you offered an option to make use of that paid day on another day. Childcare is really expensive, especially if your paying for days your child hasn't attended for whichever reason. But again, staff is amazing and you can truly see how much they care for all the children."
