"My 2 kids always leave nursery (well most days!) really happy & for me that says everything. My youngest who is nearly 2 stays in his routine & my eldest always tells me what she has been up too. I am kept up to date through the app with regular pictures of the activities from day trips to the national gallery!! the parks, to painting, garden time, water play. Honestly they do so much with the kids its no wonder they come out so happy (& tired!!). I couldn’t rate this nursery high enough. My eldest has needed support in a few areas of her development & Louise goes above & beyond to support me as a parent & my children. She genuinely cares & is always there for a chat, to give me advice & regularly reassess her development plans. The staff in all rooms preschool & baby follow her leadership style & i can also easily chat to the room managers & key workers. I take my hat off to every member in here, including the chef who was high fiving my daughter to keep her smiling when she took a nasty fall in the garden, each & everyone of them care about the children in here. I go to work knowing my kids are in a caring, safe environment surrounded my people who care & do so many exciting things with them. Louise & her staff have become my extended family & i don’t know what i would do without them. I wouldn’t put my children anywhere else so if you are thinking of this nursery, i highly recommend & i am a parent who has a child with developmental delays & i couldn’t praise them enough for what they do for her to support her & me as a parent."
