"My son is really happy at Busy Bees. Everybody is so kind and caring. He is always so happy to go to nursery and always has such a big smile on his face when I pick him up. "
"Most of the staff are lovely but seem very overworked. my child seems to like it here, so we are happy about that. However, lack of communication and handovers are not very informative. Long waiting times at the door cause me to regularly be late at work and parking is just out of control. Emails get only answered if I send several reminders. It’s our last year here and I just wish they could improve and make it a memorable experience, good not bad. Also, never received my recommend a friend money and vouchers that were advertised when we joined and no one seems to care. It’s been a year. "
"Amazing staff who really care about the children and try to make every day fun and enriching for them. A good range of healthy food which gets them to try new flavours while keeping some old favourites too. Only downside is that the layout and size of the building isn't ideal for a nursery, with internal stairs and a need to transit through some rooms to get to others. However, my daughter absolutely loves her time there so for us the benefits far outweigh the disadvantages. "
