"My husband and I are so happy with the nursery we chose for our daughter - it stood out from the rest due to the open layout of the nursery and particularly how friendly the staff were. My daughter has settled so well into Kids 1st (Quorum) and we are so thankful for all the efforts made by the staff to progress her development as she’s developed great skills with confidence. Everybody is so welcoming every morning and I am always kept updated on the daily activities. My daughter is clearly happy there as she loves going to nursery. Hannah (manager) has been super with us from the very beginning and incredibly helpful when explaining funding/invoices. I would 100% recommend the nursery to my family and friends!"

"Whilst we have no issues with the nursery or the service it provides we do have concerns over the recent staffing issues. We dont feel that we should have to be put in a situation where we have to take time off work when we have paid for the nursery to provide childcare for us and that there should be a stronger contingency plan in place to avoid further repeats."
