Hello, my name is Lisa Caller, I am very much looking forward to starting in my new role as Centre Director in Apsley.
I have been working with children in nursery settings since 2002. In this time, I have gained my level 3 and my level 4. I have worked in a few different settings; I started off as a nursery assistant and over the years I have worked my way up. I have been a room leader for the 1-2 years, 2-3 years, and my preferred age group Preschool. I have also been a floor manager; Deputy manages and Nursery manager.
I am very much looking forward to joining Busy Bees and taking over in Apsley. I am excited to collaborate with the parents and the staff to put in place good strong foundations that the children need, ready for the next stage of their young education. I am going to be spending a lot of my time working on the nursery floor getting to know all the children, as well as working very closely with the staff. So that together we can expose the children to lots of different and exciting learning opportunities within a nurturing and caring environment.
