Director

Lisa Caller

Hello, my name is Lisa Caller and I am the Centre Director at Busy Bees in Apsley.

I have been working with children in nursery settings since 2002. In this time, I have gained my level 3 and my level 4. I have worked in a few different settings; I started off as a nursery assistant and over the years I have worked my way up. I have been a room leader for the 1-2 years, 2-3 years, and my preferred age group Preschool. I have also been a floor manager; Deputy manages and Nursery manager.

I am excited to collaborate with the parents and the staff to put in place good strong foundations that the children need, ready for the next stage of their young education. I spend a lot of my time working on the nursery floor getting to know all the children, as well as working very closely with the staff. So that together we can expose the children to lots of different and exciting learning opportunities within a nurturing and caring environment.

Curriculum

Our Bee Curious curriculum is at the heart of everything we do, helping your child grow in a safe and nurturing environment.

Centred around your child's interests and pace, we combine purposeful play with a carefully designed curriculum that fosters curiosity and confidence. Bee Curious guides every moment in our nursery, from caring routines to planned activities, placing the unique child and their key person at the heart of learning. From encouraging independence at mealtimes, to supporting friendships in the playground, to celebrating every milestone with enthusiasm, our curriculum sparks a love of learning from the very beginning.
