Nursery in Ashford, Trinity Road

Our little girl loves all the workers, they’re fantastic with her. She gets excited to go every morning. Couldn’t recommend enough :)

I cannot praise the nursery enough from the moment I walked through the door with my baby and mum to be shown around back in October 2024. We felt welcomed and reassured that my baby was going to be in safe hands. I loved the fact all the staff were on the floor playing with the children, you could see it was a very nurturing, stimulating and attentive nursery. My baby has certainly gained many new skills and I am beyond grateful for the people at the nursery. She may be a little upset to leave mummy and daddy in the morning but she soon cheers up when she goes to one of the people in the room and has her breakfast. If I am worried they always reassure me she is happy. I love seeing the pictures of her playing and exploring toys and the outdoors. The framework indicators is also a great tool to show me how she is thriving and how well she is doing. Thank you again for creating a wonderful, nurturing environment.

All the staff here are fantastic. They’re always willing to tailor care to each child’s needs and make them feel right at home. My daughter loves this nursery, and I’m really happy with everything they do.

I couldnt rate this nursery higher! My daughter has been going since she was about 6 months old and loves it. She has great attachments with the adults and looks forward to seeing them. Feedback is thorough and they respect decisions from home and replicate in nursery! She continues to develop at nursery and I enjoy seeing the snapshots we get sent of their day!

I'm so glad we chose Busy Bees Trinity Road for our son. Right from day one, all the staff have been warm and welcoming and my son loves going in every day. He always has loads to say when we pick him up and talks about all his friends and the staff regularly at home. It's great getting the updates in the app too, especially what he's been eating through the day.

My little girl is so happy at nursery. She has really connected with her key worker and all the staff there are so friendly and amazing with the children. They care so much for them. The activities they do really encourage the children to explore and learn and love that not just through play and creativity she is exploring but through her food as well, even with her food allergies. I can track what she has eaten, nappies and sleep through the app which really helps to know how she has done throughout the day. I can see new foods she has eaten and liked that I can then introduce to her at home that I may not think of. Overall an amazing nursery!

My son started nursery in July, he only goes one day a week at the moment but all the staff have been amazing with him and I can tell he enjoys it every time. They were so supportive when he first started and continued that throughout. The app is amazing as I can see what he has eaten throughout the day and his nap times. Sometimes he has unsettling days but the staff always contact me to reassure me his ok and what his been doing. They also send me photos sometimes which I love. He just recently moved into the 2-3 room and his new key worker is amazing, in fact, all the staff are. I strongly recommend you send your child to this nursery because it's been the best thing ever for my little boy, his learning so much and as a single mum it's so good for him to interact with new people and he is doing so well.

My youngest child is currently in the preschool. She loves the staff and all the activities. She never complains about going. My eldest (now 8) went to the nursery from 7 months old and loved her time at the nursery and they still welcome her at pick-ups.
