Staff are really lovely and have been very supportive with my son having a speech delay, both my boys love going there

Staff is really good and explains everything to us and very listening. The only thing I am worrying is some times they forget to update the parents app.

My both kids have started busy bees in beginning of year . I was initially concerned for changing and enrolling my son to new nursery as he went to previous one for 2 years . But after staying there for 5 months , I am so much happy with nursery and think that I should have moved my son earlier to this nursery . Staff is so comfortable and nice to kids . Always be around them . Teaching , playing and take care of them Nursery has big space and separate rooms for eating ,playing and sleeping area too in younger kids . I will continue my kids in busy bees for both of them till they go to school I am satisfied and happy with progress of both kids . KK mum

Staff are extremly friendly and helpful, safeguarding is excellent and my child has settled in brilliantly. The activities and food are excellent and varied and I do not worry about leaving him. The only room for improvement could be updating the app as it does not always state everything, e.g. I will be told he has drunk his bottle but is not on the app.

I would highly recommend Busy Bees. Every member of staff has consistently shown professionalism, kindness and are so helpful! They never seem inconvenienced if I ask for something or have questions. My son absolutely loves going (he is full time Mon-Fri) and wakes up every morning hunting for his nursery bag so he can get going! Thank you Busy Bees for being 10/10 I am one happy customer!

Brilliant staff, always welcoming. My daughter loves it.

As a very anxious first-time mum, I wanted to make sure I was putting my daughter in a nursery I knew I could trust and she would thrive in. After searching and comparing Busy Bees with 2 other nurseries in the area, I can say that I couldn't be happier with our choice. The children's rooms and gardens are spacious with plenty of games and activities and are divided by age ranges, the nap area is separated and is nice and dark. The food is fresh and healthy. They also have top communication with a daily report (using an app) of pictures of what my daughter is doing, eating and how many changes of nappies she had as well as another face-to-face report when we pick her up in the evening. My daughter started nursery in November and has settled in by January even with illnesses and holidays in between, which is a true testament to the amazing work, dedication and kindness provided by the staff at Busy Bees (especially the manager and her team). I would highly recommend Busy Bees!

We were moving area and needed a short-term nursery for our son before he started the reception year. I am very grateful to the staff and management for making him feel confident and happy during this change time. He was happily going to the nursery and referred to many children and teachers as his friends. He also really enjoyed using the outdoors, which is very big and full of options to engage children. Easy updates to follow in the app and daily conversations with teachers also helped us to understand how he was doing. On a separate note, I am happy that the nursery provides inclusive care for children with special needs, which helped my child to be more empathetic and understand that people are different and they play and communicate differently.
