"Great team, everyone is always happy and full of enthusiasm with the children "

Susie G.

"We love the people working at BB Birlingham. For my daughter they are basically family. That’s why I’m so upset by what’s happened over the last year as it means our employers have told us we have to find a new nursery. Totally unacceptable staffing levels that result in room closures consistently and over such a long period of time. I pay nursery prices through the year rather than babysitting prices, this is part of the benefit of a nursery I pay for that I do not have to take time off which as a key worker is very difficult. It took far too long to fix the drive resulting in damage to our car twice. The pick up and drop off process can also be far too long."

Zoe R.

"My little boy loves it there. Only thing is it would be nice to be have more information/ photos of what they do each day."

Katie B.

"Only lost one star as seem to have some staffing issues currently"
