Louisa is a Qualified Teacher who has been working in childcare since the age of 16 and has always had a passion for helping to support every child in the learning journey. Louisa is returning to Busy Bee after 4 years of working in the nursery management team of her previous setting. She was also the head of SEND at her previous setting and has a range of knowledge that helps offer inclusive learning that can be tailored to suit the induvial needs of the children.
