Meet the team

Justina Harrop

Nursery Manager

Hi, my name is Justina Harrop and I have a Diploma in Nursery Nursing and have worked at Carlton Park nursery since 2004. I am the Special Educational Needs Coordinator, Behaviour Management Coordinator, as well as the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the nursery and I have a wealth of experience in these fields. I currently work Monday - Thursday, with Assistant Manager Katie Green managing the nursery on Fridays.

I have a very dedicated team at the nursery and our main aim is to provide the best care, quality, service and value to our customers.  I encourage my team to enhance their knowledge, develop skills and professional development by ensuring we provide training opportunities for them.  The staff fully understand the importance to provide a warm and welcoming environment to our children and parents.  Everyday is a new day and I love to see how the children are growing and developing and getting ready for their big move to school.

My door is always open for parents and children and we have a Parent Partnership Group which allows us to work in partnership with the parents and allows for on-going improvements and developments within the nursery.
