Hi my name is Justina Harrop and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Carlton Park.

I have a Diploma in Nursery Nursing and I have worked at Carlton Park nursery since 2004. I have a wealth of experience in all areas of childhood and I specialise in Special Educational Needs and Behaviour. I am also the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the nursery. I love to meet all the families and the children and provide them with the Best start in Life and get them ready for the next stage in their life. I currently work Monday - Thursday and Katie Green my assistant manager manages on a Friday.
