Director

Toni Morley

My name is Toni and I have worked at Busy Bees in Chatham since 2006.

I started as an apprentice in the preschool room and progressed to becoming a Centre Director during this journey I have completed training and qualification needs to meet requirements of a centre director and accessed Busy Bees extensive training opportunities.

I feel I have a strong understanding of the staff team, parents, and children here at the centre and feel together as a team we will continue to strive and maintain excellent standards and provide the best quality childcare, I love my job and am very passionate about what we provide here and over the years worked hard alongside the team to gain an Outstanding Ofsted inspection which I am very proud of.

I have a Fiancé called Danny and we have two amazing children. A son called Danny and a daughter called Skyla who have both been through their Busy Bees Journey and are both excelling at school. We love spending time together as a family and supporting our children with their hobbies and interests.

What
Chatham
parents say

We honestly couldn’t ask for a better nursery! The staff are all so kind, caring and welcoming, and it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. Our child is always happy to go in and has come on so much since starting. The activities are great, communication is brilliant, and it’s so reassuring knowing they’re in such safe hands. We’d highly recommend Busy Bees to any parent looking for a friendly, caring nursery.

Busy bees in Chatham is a lovely nursery. My child started in Bombos 1 and all of the girls are a pleasure to meet with each day. Especially Emma, she never ever makes you feel like anything is too much and will go above and beyond for your child.
