Hello my name is Adele Crozier and I am the Centre Director of Chelmsford. 

I am a mum of three wonderful children who have all attended Busy Bees until it was time for them to move onto school. Now that they are 18, 13 and 10 years old and I truly believe Busy Bees gave them the best start in life. 

I started with Busy Bees in 2000 as a qualified Nursery Nurse and progressed through the company becoming a Centre Director in 2008. I have been supporting Walthamstow since May 2023 and I have enjoyed spending my time at the setting watching the team develop and the children thrive. 

As a Centre Director I am very passionate about parent partnership and creating exciting environments for children to be inspired and welcome.
