You'll find our bright and airy nursery on Denvale Trade Park, just off Haslett Avenue East.

We have a large onsite car park outside as well as handy buggy storage for parents who want to leave strollers while their child attends the nursery. There are also multiple nearby bus stops, including Rowan Close and Haslett Avenue East.

Clare Sandford

My name is Clare Sandford and I am the Centre Director at Busy Bees Crawley.

I have worked for the company since October 2001. I gained my NNEB qualification in 1990 and have worked in childcare since then. I started working initially as Manager at our Reigate branch and moved to the Crawley branch in 2004, During this time I have worked in several different roles including Manager, Support Manager and an Operations Manager, finally returning to the role of Manager at Crawley after I had my own children.

I am extremely passionate about my nursery and the children who attend, I am committed to providing quality childcare to the parents and children who use the setting. I am immensely proud of my amazing team here at Crawley who work incredibly hard to provide a wonderful safe and stimulating environment for the children.

Lovely nursery for my daughter and the main thing is that she truly loves it. I was worried at the beginning that she wouldn’t get used to it, as she struggled to adapt at first. However, after a couple of months she started enjoying every minute there. The staff are lovely—very kind, patient, and supportive, especially with new starters. They took the time to help my daughter settle in, making sure she felt comfortable, safe, and welcomed every day. Their care and dedication really made a difference in helping her build confidence and feel happy at nursery. The environment is warm and communication with parents is great. I always feel informed about how her day has been and what she has been learning or doing. It’s clear that the team genuinely care about the children and their development. I’m very grateful to the staff for their hard work and support, and I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.
