Hello, my name is Nirali. I have experience of working in childcare since 2012. I started my journey by volunteering and gradually progress up to managerial level while pursuing my Early Years degree from Kingston University BA Hon in Early Years Level-6.
As a nursery manager with years of experience in leading team and a combination of BA Hon in early years and MBA I bring a unique blend of knowledge and skills to a table. I am passionate about education and business. My goal is to lead and progress in both fields.
I live with my loving and caring  family which includes  my husband, loving daughter and myself. Outside work I enjoy spending time with family and helping my daughter with her studies or watching cooking show and getting inspiration from it. When I am not working or spending time with my family you can often find me diving into the magical world of Harry Potter. As a fan of the movie I appreciate the power of story telling and importance of imagination in our lives.
