Director

Nirali Patel

Hello, my name is Nirali and I am the Centre Director at Busy Bees Croydon Haling Park.

I have experience of working in childcare since 2012. I started my journey by volunteering and gradually progress up to managerial level while pursuing my Early Years degree from Kingston University BA Hon in Early Years Level-6.
As a nursery manager with years of experience in leading team and a combination of BA Hon in early years and MBA I bring a unique blend of knowledge and skills to a table. I am passionate about education and business. My goal is to lead and progress in both fields.
I live with my loving and caring  family which includes  my husband, loving daughter and myself. Outside work I enjoy spending time with family and helping my daughter with her studies or watching cooking show and getting inspiration from it. When I am not working or spending time with my family you can often find me diving into the magical world of Harry Potter. As a fan of the movie I appreciate the power of story telling and importance of imagination in our lives.

What
Croydon Haling Park
parents say

A fantastic nursery with wonderful staff. Our child is always happy to attend and has learned so much since joining. The caring atmosphere and excellent communication with parents make it a great place for young children. Highly recommended

My daughter has now finished nursery and is ready to start primary school in September and I just want to say thank you to Myles. Since being in preschool with him, she has absolutely thrived. Her confidence, learning, interactions and overall progress have been amazing, and I couldn't be happier! Having experienced the nursery before and after the changes, I can honestly say it has improved so much. Myles genuinely listens to parents, works closely with families, and goes above and beyond to give every child the best possible start. Even right up until graduation, the team really went above and beyond and made it such a special celebration. My daughter will really miss Busy Bees, and I'm so grateful for everything.

Our experience with Busy Bees has been amazing from the very beginning. Our daughter has been attending since she turned two, and we're so happy that she'll be staying for another year as she has an end-of-September birthday. Since joining, we've seen incredible growth in her confidence, independence, and development. She's been in the preschool room for the past year, and we couldn't be happier with the care and support she receives. A special thank you to Myles, her key person, who is such a dedicated and caring teacher. He always comes up with creative and engaging activities that keep the children happy while helping them learn something new every week. It's clear how much effort and passion he puts into his work. We also love receiving regular observations and lots of photos through the app, which allow us to see everything our daughter is learning and enjoying throughout the day. Thank you
