Hi, my name is Louise. I started my career in Childcare 22 years ago. I have my Level 4 in Childcare and Education and I have my Level 5 in Operational Management. I have been with Busy Bees for 17 years and during this time I have worked at many of the Centres. In 2018 I was based at our Morden branch and this is where I gained my Outstanding Ofsted rating.

I have two children and they both attended Busy Bees when they were younger. My spare time is usually spent being a taxi for my children taking them to and from sporting and social events. I love spending time with friends and travelling.
