"The carers and the care of the children is exemplary. I cannot fault it. My daughter is extremely happy and developing well with the kind and caring support of the staff. Unfortunately, over the last year there have been staff shortages which, in my opinion, havent been dealt with very well. We are still experiencing weekly closures of some of the rooms and this is not great. There must be something broken in your hiring systems which means that staff are leaving for better pay and conditions and you are unable to replace them. I recognise you want the bes tpeople, but a year is a loong time to not fill a few positions. On this subject the communication hasn't been great, there have been a number of instances where we weren't sure if the rooms would still be closed and informed quite late to make work adjustments. I know the management has been unsettled and new permanent leadership is in place, so this is a review over the last year, rather than the immediate past."

"The girls that work there are very professional and the children love them. The monthly cost of the childcare is very good. What worries me is the issue with retention of personnel. I would like to be sure that the management does everything possible to retain the people which have experience. I see my baby coming back home happy and I am sure that the girls take good care of him during the day. "

Gemma L.

"Both our boys have / go to busy bees! They’ve really thrived at nursery and love going. Chelsea and the team are so welcoming and helpful! "

"Feel my little girl is well looked after. I feel her meals are nutritious and well balanced. Parent app keeps me well up to date. I feel the staff take an interest in my child. I like how the manager is present. Its clear upon drop off and pick up she knows all the children and builds relationships witb them "

Alex C.

"Fabulous team. Nothing is too much trouble. Daughter loves her time at nursery. "
