I have worked for Busy Bees since 2012 and I can honestly say I am enjoying my role as much today as I did when I first started... or even more if that is possible. I am truly dedicated to my position and I have a real passion in providing an ‘outstanding’ level of commitment to the children, parents, staff and Centre environment. I am committed to ensuring that each individual child receives the highest standard of care and education during their time within our care. I am privileged to lead a team who share my ethos and for whom providing unwavering high quality child care comes naturally. I have completed a Level 5 in Leadership and Management to compliment my BA Hons in Education. I also hold Advanced First Aid, Behaviour Management, Advanced Food Hygiene, SEN Training, Early Years Foundation Stage Courses and I am the Designated Safeguarding Person within our Nursery. Busy Bees at Heatherton is a fantastic setting and I am proud of all children and parents who are a part of our Centre family here. I am immensely proud to call myself the Centre Director. My team and I pride ourselves on ensuring the children within our care receive the very best start to their early lives by embracing their individuality and consistently reflect on our practice ensuring each child's individual needs are met.
