Hello, my name is Louise and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Oxford Ladygrove.

I have been in childcare for 29 years and have loved every role I have played. I am passionate about guiding and supporting children while they learn and grow and ensuring they reach their full potential. I enjoy a challenge and like to involve my team in solving problems and enhancing spaces to achieve new and exciting areas for children to explore, drawing on their wants and needs.
