Based on the Jaguar Land Rover site, our Busy Bees Discoveryland nursery in Solihull is the ideal childcare option for employees of JLR. We are a work based nursery for JLR employees only.  

We have created a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment that gives the children of employees at Jaguar Land Rover everything they need to grow, develop, and prepare for school - all within an exceptionally convenient reach of the workplace.

Nursery Facilities

As the dedicated childcare provider for employees at JLR, you'll find our centre on the Jaguar Land Rover Solihull site.    We have on-site car parking to allow for safe and convenient collection and drop off at the nursery, as well as a buggy store for those arriving on foot or via public transport.   To ensure the safety of your children, as well as colleagues and visitors at Busy Bees Discoveryland, we have secure access to the building too.  

Our Discoveryland nursery is separated into five spacious rooms, each with free-flow access to outdoor areas for the children to explore. The nursery rooms are specifically tailored to the age of the children, ensuring the activities and resources are perfectly matched to their stage of development.   The fun doesn't stop at the doors of our nursery. 

There's an additional outdoor classroom available for children attending to discover and explore, whatever the weather!   

Make your return to work a simple and straightforward one with Busy Bees Discoveryland. We offer a huge range of facilities and services to make parents' lives easier such as funded childcare, meals and snacks, a handy buggy store, on-site car parking and much more. 

Within our Centre we have a chef who creates freshly prepared meals each day, adopting to any medical or allergy needs. We have a 5 star rating from environmental health and we achieved good in April 2018 for our last Ofsted inspection. We have 5 spacious base rooms which all have direct access to our outdoor areas. 

We have additional outside class room which is used in all weather conditions. In additional to our lovely base rooms, we have created a sensory room, to help children settle and enjoy a sensory experience whilst at nursery.  We would love to welcome you and your family to Discoveryland Busy Bees.

As a very anxious first-time parent, I honestly never left my daughter with anyone. The thought of sending her to nursery filled me with so much anxiety and uncertainty. Looking back now, I can’t believe how far we’ve both come — and how fast that’s happened! It is entirely thanks to the incredible staff. She started at 11 months and was a very attached baby who found unfamiliar people difficult, but from day one the team showed her (and me) so much kindness, patience and understanding. They didn’t just help her settle — they helped me settle too. Every worry was listened to, every question answered, and I always felt supported and reassured. Thanks to their nurturing care, she settled so quickly. She now eats well, plays happily, naps peacefully and comes home full of giggles. She’s learned to use new beakers, transitioned from breast milk to oat milk, and has grown so much in confidence. Seeing how happy and comfortable she is there honestly means the world to us. Every single member of the team is wonderful. The staff are very experienced, and even the apprentices are incredibly caring and nurturing — it truly shows that experience doesn’t matter when genuine love and kindness shine through in the way they care for the children. Most importantly, she is happy, settled and thriving. I now feel confident leaving her, knowing she is so well looked after. We are beyond grateful for everything the team has done for both of us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery to any family.
