Hi. My name is Natalia Thwaites. I have been working as the Centre Director since November, 2015. Recently I graduated from Roehampton University with a MA in Leadership and Management. I have also been studying at Kingston University where I gained my Early Years Professional Status. During my career I have worked as Nursery Teacher, Deputy Manager and an Ofsted Compliance Manager. My aim is to continue creating an interesting, challenging and welcoming environment that allows children to progress and develop at their own pace to fulfil their potential.
