Director

Katie Pearson

Hi my name is Katie Pearson and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees at Dudley.

I have worked for the Busy Bees family since 2009 and in those years I have gained experience over various nurseries within the company. In January 2018 I moved back to manage Dudley after a 4 year management position at Busy Bees - Kings Heath.

I have completed a Diploma in Childcare and Education, a Level 3 in Management, Paediatric First Aid & First Aid at Work. I am also the named Designated Safeguarding Lead within nursery.

I love coming to nursery everyday as no day is the same. I enjoy getting involved in all the amazing activities we have to offer and being a part of every child's learning and development. We have a wonderful staff team who strive to deliver the very best quality in everything they do.

My aim is to support and guide my staff team into delivering outstanding childcare to ensure that every child that attends our setting has the very best start in life.

I look forward to welcoming you and your family into our beautiful and friendly nursery in Dudley.

What
Dudley
parents say

From looking around the nursery to today the staff have all been amazing. My little one has the best bond with his key person which means so much to us. They have been great with supporting him and us with his gross motor delay to try and get him where he should be. We look forward to the rest of our journey at Busy Bees.

All three of our children have attended busy bees Dudley, with our youngest still there. It’s an amazing setting, nothing is too much to ask. The staff always go above and beyond to meet the children’s needs. I’m so thankful Busy bees have been a part of my children’s childhood and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Really lovely welcoming setting with friendly confident staff. My daughter loves it and has really come on since being there!
