Hello, my name is Courtney, and I am the Centre Director alongside Susan Gorman at Dundee West Centre. I have nearly 10 years' service with the company and have been a part of the management team for nearly 4 years. I have completed my SVQ Level 3 & Level 4 in childcare and I am currently completing my BA Childhood Practice at university. I love working with children as it has numerous advantages. It's an opportunity to watch children grow and develop into confident, self-sufficient learners.
