Hi, my name is Eman and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Ealing Common.

I have almost 23 years of experience in the early education field, which include 20 years as a working mother, and I can happily say I have enjoyed every moment and every single experience. I hold a degree in Childhood Studies, but I have also been positioned as a teacher for Key Stage 1, Room Manager and Deputy Manager in various reputable children's centres, and am currently managing Busy Bees Ealing Common nursery for over four years now. My passions are promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues to ensure the highest quality of care and education, to guarantee a maximisation of the well-being of the children and that standards are met, but preferably exceeded at all times. My experiences have helped me develop strong leadership skills, a sound knowledge of dealing with behavioural management, and most importantly, health and safety and child protection.

We always share our experiences and ideas within the team to deliver high-quality services in our work setting and environment. We look forward to welcoming new families at our fantastic childcare setting in Ealing.
