Nosheen Mahmoon

My name is Nosheen, and I am the Centre Director at Busy Bees Ealing Northfields.

I have worked in the childcare sector for over 11 years, including 7 years in management roles. I am Level 5 qualified in Childcare and Education and strongly believe that learning should be both fun and meaningful for every child.

Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about holistic early years education, supporting each child as an individual and ensuring their unique needs are met. I am also committed to creating a warm, welcoming and safe environment where both children and families feel confident, supported and valued.

I have gained valuable experience working with children from a wide range of backgrounds and with diverse educational needs, which has further strengthened my inclusive approach to childcare.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking and trying out new recipes.

The staff is amazing with kids!

We absolutely love this nursery! It has such a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, and everyone is incredibly friendly and caring. The staff are all competent and attentive, and they organise so many fun activities every day (including Yoga and cooking)—the children always seem so happy and engaged. A special shout-out to Veronika, who always goes the extra mile and is so affectionate with the kids. My son J adores her! Thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful environment. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!
