Nursery in East Grinstead

We are so pleased with our daughter’s care at busy bees. All the staff are so lovely and attentive and are always happy to help with a smile! Our daughter is very happy there and she comes home telling us all about her day!! They provide very enriching activities within their curriculum and every teacher shows upmost dedication and care to each child. Our daughter is very well cared for and on observation all the children at busy bees all look happy and busy learning through play!! We will miss you all when she goes to school in September. ❤️

Our daughter has been attending Busy Bees for the past two years, and we honestly couldn't be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, every single member of the team has been welcoming, caring, and genuinely invested in her development and happiness. Thank you Elaine and Alex for helping us with an emergency admission when everyone else refused to help us 💗 It's impossible to choose a favourite because every member of staff is amazing. They all go above and beyond to create such a nurturing, safe, and fun environment where children can thrive. The love, patience, and enthusiasm they show each day is clear to see, and it's made such a positive difference to our daughter's confidence, learning, and social skills. A big shout out to Lexi, Siobhan, Steph, Nana Sue, Brooke, Chantal, Shelly and everyone else ♥️ special thanks to Chef Sam who has been so patient and so accommodating since the first minute. What makes Busy Bees even more special is that we've never felt like just another family—we truly feel like we're part of one big family. Every member of staff takes the time to get to know us, and it's clear how much they genuinely care about not only the children, but their families too. Even our older son is always made to feel so welcome whenever he comes with us. The staff always greet him with such warmth and kindness, and it's obvious that he feels just as loved as our daughter. He wants everyone to know that he has a special bond with Shelly, Alex and Laura, who is currently part of the preschool team but has been our son's first key worker at a different nursery many years ago. It is lovely to see that our nursery has the best staff ever ❤️ As parents, there's no better feeling than knowing your child is excited to go to nursery each morning and comes home full of smiles, stories, and new things she's learned. The communication with parents is fantastic, and the care and dedication shown by the entire team is second to none. We are so grateful to everyone at Busy Bees for making our daughter's early years so special and for making our whole family feel so valued. Thank you for everything you do—you've created such a wonderful community, and we couldn't recommend Busy Bees highly enough.

We are very happy with our experience so far. As first-time parents, leaving our daughter was a huge step, but the team have been so kind, patient and caring, helping both her and us settle in. From the moment you walk through the door, everyone is warm and friendly. They’ve built such a lovely rapport with our daughter, her key worker especially (Ruby) goes above and beyond to make her feel happy and supported. We can’t thank the team enough and would recommend the nursery.

Our Son has settled into Busy Bees really well. He smiles going in and has so much fun when he's there. We love all the updates on the app, where he is always so happy playing and learning. A special mention to Kaitlyn and Shelly who have helped so much with settling him in and his development!!

We absolutely love this nursery! Our 18-month-old loves coming here and is really thriving. The staff are all so caring, friendly, and amazing, and it’s clear how much they genuinely care about the children. A special mention to Molly and Kaitlyn in the baby room, who are both amazing and take such wonderful care of our little one. And we can’t forget Helen from the pre-school room, our son still talks about her now, even though he left to start school last year! It really says a lot about the wonderful relationships the children build there. We couldn’t be happier with the nursery! The management team are also fantastic, and communication is great, with regular updates and photos through the app, which is lovely for keeping up with their day.

We are incredibly happy with Busybees Nursery.The staff are caring,friendly and genuinely dedicated to provide a safe,nurturing and fun environment. They take time to understand each child's individual needs and regularly share photos and updates,giving parents a wonderful insight of our child's daily activities,learning and special moments. A huge thankyou to the wonderful team at Busybees for all their hardwork and dedication. We would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for high quality childcare.

Both my babies have been to BusyBees and I cannot fault the nursery! The staff are all so passionate about what they do and really take the time to get to know the children. They eat better than we do when they’re there and the facilities are clean and well thought through. As a primary teacher, I was fussy about where our children went but I couldn’t be happier with our choice!

Our 10 month old son gets so excited every morning we drop him off at Busy Bee’s East Grinstead. They have been amazing in encouraging him and helping develop his movements. He is sitting independently and started crawling all thanks to their help. The food is amazing, he eats better than us! They keep us parents updated throughout the day on all activities, nappy changes, smiles and mealtimes. Can’t recommend enough.
