My name is Laura Melles, and I have proudly worked for Busy Bees for over 20 years. During this time, I have achieved my SVQ Level 4 in Social Services (Children and Young People), which has helped me grow both personally and professionally. I genuinely love my job because I have the privilege of helping children learn, develop, and gain confidence every day. Watching them achieve new milestones and knowing I have played a part in their journey is incredibly rewarding. Building positive relationships with children, families, and my colleagues is something I value deeply, and it is what has kept me passionate about my career for so many years.

Outside of work, I am a proud mum to my son, Archie. He is my biggest inspiration, and I love spending my free time supporting him and watching him compete in boxing competitions. Seeing his dedication, determination, and confidence grow makes me incredibly proud, and I cherish every opportunity to be there cheering him on.
