Edinburgh Park Nursery is situated within Edinburgh Park which is Scotland's largest business park, offering high-quality office space in a unique working environment. As an urban business park, it benefits from both the tranquil landscaped surroundings of its park setting and the convenience of the urban facilities nearby.
Community is an important aspect of life at Edinburgh Park. The Park has a dedicated communications forum for occupiers, where Park initiatives, events and issues can be planned and discussed. There is also a website specifically aimed at occupiers on the Park, providing up-to-date information about events, Park news and the services and facilities available on site.
Edinburgh Park is based around three lochans and the tranquil setting is home to a rich and diverse range of plants and wildlife. The children enjoy regular walks to the pond to feed the ducks who also look to forward to their visit. The tree-lined boulevards and beautifully landscaped surroundings make Edinburgh Park popular with both its employees and visitors.
The nursery also has its own enclosed outdoor play area which the children use every day.
I am delighted by the way that staff and management have worked with me and my child to ensure that his time in nursery is safe, due to his specific needs
We always receive very detailed feedback about our child's day
Overall we are delighted with how happy our Daughter is when we pick her up after a busy day at Pre-School. - Stephen and Heather Pritchard

Hi, My Name is Sharlene Cran
I have been working at Busy Bees Nursery at Edinburgh Park since February 2000. I started as a Nursery Assistant and have enjoyed working with all age groups over the years.
I completed an SVQ level 3 in Early Years and Education in 2006, since then I worked my way up to become the Room Leader of Pre School shortly after I qualified I enjoyed the challenge of room manager and slowly worked my way up to Assistant Manager. I was promoted to Manager in May 2014. I am also qualified in paediatric first aid, first aid at work, Level 4 Leading in Child Protection and Food Hygiene.
I live locally with my partner Brian and my son Reece who is 4. Reece has been at nursery since he was 11 months. It has been lovely for me to have him in the nursery and watch him grow form a baby to a confident young boy.
In my spare time, when I am not working I like to shop, listen to music and have duvet days watching movies with my boys!
I am extremely proud of my nursery and the team I work with. They are highly qualified, experienced and enthusiastic practitioners providing an excellent level of care in a fun, safe and stimulating environment with outstanding outdoor space and facilities. We focus on children as individuals ensuring they have an excellent foundation to learning, meeting their individual needs. We always go above and beyond to provide the very best service and the highest quality care and education.
You are always welcome to come by at any time to have a chat or ask any questions as we have an open door policy. We look forward to meeting you.
