Our 2 years to 3 years old (toddler’s room) are located on the 1st floor; this is split into two room spaces and has access via a lift or stair case. The 3 years to 5 years (preschool room) is located on the ground floor and is separated into 4 large rooms.
The nursery also has a sensory room, an onsite kitchen, staff room, office and a large reception area.
The nursery garden is a large space at the back of the building which has been sectioned into designated areas per age group. All ground floor rooms have direct access into the garden.
Our team have a comprehensive range of qualifications in childcare and some are furthering their knowledge and experience through our training team.
Each practitioner embraces diversity where children have a range of ethnic backgrounds. Staff pull together to explore beyond their own experiences to understand different cultures and incorporate new languages into everyday life.
Our menus are prepared and cooked daily by our wonderful cooks, we have fresh fruit and vegetables daily and each of the meals are well balanced and nutritious.
We have a wide range of enhancements at nursery that support the children’s learning and development in different areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage, our core learning curriculum. These include our Wake and Shake initiative, which promotes health and physical development in a social and enthusiastic environment; our Busy Babies campaign, which supports babies in their early exploration, plus lots more.
The nursery is situated in the local borough of Enfield and is set in the area of Winchmore Hill and we are close to 4 local primary schools.
Our caring and enthusiastic team are always available if any parents have any questions or concerns. We also operate a Parent Partnership group; with chosen parent representatives, with whom parents can speak to if they have any suggestions as to how we can further improve our practice.
If you are looking for a friendly and stimulating environment for your child, and you would like to visit, please contact us to arrange an appointment and meet us for yourself.
