My name is Kai, I have 8 years of experience in Early Years starting with completing my apprenticeship and gaining both Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Children's Development. I am passionate about the quality of the environment's that we provide for the children and always want to find new ways of enhancing the provisions that we offer for the children through the activities, areas and resources. I enjoy thinking outside of the box and using my knowledge to support and train staff to progress through their own career with my support.
