Hello my name is Simera and I am the Centre Director here at Brompton.

I have been with Busy Bees since 2016 starting as a room leader at the Gillingham setting and progressed to Assistant Centre Director, I also covered the Manager role while the previous Centre Director was on maternity leave, I have now transferred over to Brompton as the Centre Director.

I have worked with all ages from 3 months to 5 years, I have 2 of my own children who both attend Busy Bees and are enjoying their experience. 

I hold a Level 3 in Early Years Childcare & also Team Leading and Management. As a team we strive and maintain excellent standards ensuring every child gets the best start in life.
