Nursery Facilities

Children have plenty of freedom to choose what they would like to explore, with spacious play areas offering a wide variety of resources and activities. From creative and imaginative play to early literacy and numeracy, children can follow their interests and develop new skills through play. Our team uses children's ideas and interests to create meaningful opportunities for learning and discovery.

Our excellent outdoor spaces are a real highlight of life at Parkview. Children have year-round access to the outdoors, with opportunities to enjoy active play, explore nature and learn through hands-on experiences. Our additional curricular opportunities also include Forest Schools, Makaton and an intergenerational programme, giving children even more ways to learn, communicate and connect with the world around them.

Our team is committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential. We draw on our knowledge of GIRFEC, Curriculum for Excellence and Realising the Ambition to support children's individual needs and provide experiences that help them thrive.

We believe that strong relationships with families are an important part of nursery life. We work closely with parents and carers, encouraging them to be involved in their child's experiences and keeping you informed throughout their nursery journey.

Centred around your child's interests and pace, we combine purposeful play with a carefully designed curriculum that fosters curiosity and confidence. Bee Curious guides every moment in our nursery, from caring routines to planned activities, placing the unique child and their key person at the heart of learning. From encouraging independence at mealtimes, to supporting friendships in the playground, to celebrating every milestone with enthusiasm, our curriculum sparks a love of learning from the very beginning.
