Paulina Wygnaniec
Nursery Manager
Hello my name is Paulina and I am a Nursery Manager here at Busy Bees Glenalmond Nursery. I have joined Busy Bees in November 2018. Previously I was working for a group of nurseries in Central London. I am a Qualified Teacher since 2009 and have recently completed Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management at Cambridge Regional Collage. I am very passionate about working with children and families. My favourite thing about my job is that I am able to see children achieve and develop into confident lifelong learners. I look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful and spacious nursery.
Michelle Hurst
Assistant Manager
Hi I have been working for Busy Bees for 14 Years now and have trained and worked my way up to Assistant Manager. I completed my level 3 in childcare, level 3 in leadership and management and also my level 4. I am also the nursery SENCO, health and safety Officer, Behavior Management Co-ordinator and training mentor.
First aid/ first aid at work qualified.

I also enjoy working with the senior team. I am also health and safety co-ordinator. Equal oppotunities co-ordinator.

I have worked at Glenalmond for over 11 years and have loved my job since day one. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and love building bonds with all the children.

Atlanta works in our pre-school room with the 3 year olds, she enjoys working with the parents and supporting the children get ready to start school. Atlanta holds a level 2 in Childcare and is currently completing her level 3 with us here at Busy Bees
