Hi, my name is Clair Beaton and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees in Glenrothes. I have been in childcare for 14 years and love observing children learn and develop.

My previous experiences have included Managerial roles, I also like to share the knowledge I have gained over the years and provide support and guidance to others when needed.  I attended college to gain my NC and HNC in Childcare and Education and I have also completed my Children's Care and Learning Development Level 4 (CCLD Level 4.)  I am currently working on obtaining my BA in Childhood Practices. I also have a wealth of additional training courses that i have attended i.e. Paediatric First Aid, First Aid at Work, Designated Safeguarding Lead training, Pre-Birth to Three, Curriculum for Excellence to name a few.

Busy Bees at Glenrothes is a fantastic setting and I am proud of all children, parents and staff who are a part of our nursery family.

I am proud to call myself the Manager of this Nursery. My team and I pride ourselves on ensuring the children within our care receive the very best start to their early lives by embracing their individuality and continually reflecting upon our practice to ensure each child's individual needs are met.  The staff within the rooms have a Key Worker system in place to ensure all areas of children's learning and development are not only being met but they are being progressed

I am looking forward to welcoming you to our warm and friendly nursery.  I look forward to meeting you all and discussing our facilities with you.  Here at Glenrothes we have an open door policy and look forward to having visitors pop along so please feel free to pop in past our nursery, we would love to show you all of our fantastic rooms and outdoor areas.
