Kelly has been in childcare for more than 24 years and has been working in various manager's role for 16 years she has always been passionate about working with children. Most of her experience is working in a busy baby room where she started her role many years and ago and started her journey to management by being room leader. Kelly understands the needs of every child and this is always paramount and she cascades her knowledge to the whole of the staff team. She holds a Early Years degree.
