My name is Joseph Baggs, and I have over a decade of experience working in early years childcare. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel confident, valued, and supported in their development.
I am Level 3 qualified and SENCO trained, which allows me to support children with a wide range of needs and work closely with families to ensure every child receives the care and attention they deserve. I strongly believe in inclusive practice and recognise the importance of building positive, trusting relationships with both children and parents.
