I am originally from Spain and worked in the early years sector for 13 years. I have a BA Hons in early years education management and leadership. I am passionate to work with children and be able to provide them with high standards of care and learning opportunities.

My strengths are behaviour management, supporting children, families and staff to find effective techniques to address challenging behaviour.

I drive to lead and support my staff team to their fullest potential.
