Security is high priority at Harlow, we have a secure key fob assess system and onsite CCTV for you to be able to view your child from the reception area of the nursery. We are located close to the two local train stations, the nursery is ideally located for parents in Harlow.
At Busy Bees in Harlow we offer spacious, bright, inviting rooms with a wide range of activities to cater for all children’s needs.
We have 2 lovely garden areas, which children can access freely throughout the day, children are able to take part in our Grow Your Own project, digging, watering and caring for fruit and veg plants, these are picked by the children and along with the nursery chef and prepared for the children to enjoy at meal or snack times.
The staff at Harlow are a long standing, experienced, well trained, highly qualified team who are committed on giving children the best experiences of nursery life.
Staff pride themselves in providing high standards of care and education, and always offer a warm welcome, making families feel at ease during their child’s settling in period and first days at nursery.
The nursery employs a chef who ensures along with the Busy Bees catering team that all meals provided are healthy and nutritionally balanced; we have a rolling menu which offers a variety of seasonal and fresh produce. Along with ensuring the children have different colours, textures and taste. Our chef also meets all children’s dietary requirements with regards to allergy’s and cultural or religious preferences.
Most Staff are mums themselves, so are always happy to offer advice and support, and understand parents concern when leaving their precious child for the first time.
The nursery also has a parent partnership group who are also happy to answer questions or advice which is made up of parents who have children that attend the nursery, these parents are available to email in the parent partnership group section of this web site.
We offer a number of initiatives including Wake and Shake singing and dancing to give your child a healthy start to the day and Our Imagination Station for all those budding explorers out there.
For our babies we offer the Busy Babies initiative to enhance your baby’s senses. Our onsite sensory and fun room is always a great hit with all children to enjoy with their key person and a small group of friends.
