Our Hornbeam Park nursery offers a number of rooms and areas for young ones to explore and expand their minds, preparing them for school by promoting and developing their independence and focusing on literacy, shapes, numbers and physical play. We also have a large outdoor area to allow little ones to enjoy outside play. At our nursery in Harrogate, we provide a lot of experiences and activities that are centred around the individual interests of the children. They especially enjoy our investigation station, yoga area and self-registration in a morning.

When the time comes, children from Busy Bees Harrogate transition to a number of local schools, making us a feeder for a number of the top primary schools in the area. 

We offer government funded places for children between the ages of two and four and provide several ways to keep you up-to-date and in the know with your child’s day-to-day and their ongoing education.

We are conveniently positioned for commuting parents. If arriving by car, our day nursery in Harrogate has an ample car park, allowing for safe and easy pick-ups and drop-offs for little ones. Hello, my name is Danni Catton and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees in Harrogate Hornbeam Park.

I joined the Busy Bees family in 2002 and have progressed through a variety of roles, from Apprentice to Centre Director. Alongside my professional experience, raising three children has given me a valuable understanding of the importance of creating a caring and supportive environment for children and their families.

Here at our centre, we focus on giving every child the opportunity to learn, grow and develop as an individual. Our dedicated team is supported through ongoing training and development, helping us provide high-quality care and the best possible outcomes for the children in our care.

I look forward to welcoming you and your child and sharing in the exciting first steps of their learning journey.
