My career started at Busy Bees in October 2020, I quickly grew to enjoy my role and completed my NVQ with Busy Bees, working my way up to Room lead, ACD to Manager in March 2025. I love supporting my team to ensure they understand how important they are to help the development of the nursery. I love watching the children develop into little individuals with big characters. I've always had an interest in helping children that may need a little more support throughout their day. 
I love meeting and talking to new families, providing them with the environment to ensure that they feel comfortable and confident with their choice in nursery.
