Nursery Facilities

Our nursery is spread across two floors, with three welcoming childcare rooms designed to support children at different ages and stages. We also have additional spaces where children can enjoy keyworker group activities, explore their interests or take some quiet time when needed.

Children benefit from regular extracurricular activities, including football, music and language sessions. Our strong links with local schools also help support children as they prepare for their next steps, while visits to a local residential home give children opportunities to take part in arts and crafts, singing and shared community experiences.

Located in the Pannal Ash area of Harrogate, our nursery is conveniently positioned on a main bus route into the town. Harrogate train station is approximately a 10-minute walk away, while our large on-site car park makes drop-offs and collections convenient for families travelling by car.

Director

Tina Symmonds

Hello, my name is Tina Symmonds and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees at Harrogate Pannal Ash.

I started my Busy Bees journey in 2020 and have progressed from Room Lead to Assistant Centre Director before becoming Centre Director in 2025. I have really enjoyed developing my career within Busy Bees and supporting my team to create the best possible experiences for the children in our care.

Here at our centre, we create a warm and welcoming environment where children can grow into confident little individuals, with support tailored to their individual needs. We are committed to providing opportunities for every child to develop, including those who may need a little extra support along the way.

Building relationships with families is also an important part of our nursery community. We want parents and carers to feel comfortable, confident and reassured from the moment they walk through our doors.

I look forward to welcoming you and your child and sharing in the exciting first steps of their learning journey.

I love meeting and talking to new families, providing them with the environment to ensure that they feel comfortable and confident with their choice in nursery.

Meet the amazing team
