Our impeccable nursery is set in a peaceful area of Haslemere surrounded by green parks and fields. The serene surroundings are reflected within our nursery in Haslemere, an open and bright space with a warm welcome.  

There is much to love about our Haslemere nursery, from its well-equipped baby area to large safe outdoor space for children to explore outdoors. As well as the great resources we have to offer within our nursery, we also have great learning opportunities available for you to continue with your children at home using our fantastic app, UP!  

As well our large outdoor play area for the children, we also have a great size on-site car park, allowing for easy drop-offs and pick-ups. 

At Busy Bees Haslemere, we understand the importance of keeping up to date with what your child is doing while at nursery. The ParentZone Learning Journal app keeps track of factors such as nap times, nappy changes and what your child has eaten for lunch, as well as pictures or videos of them doing something fun. Parents are able to access the learning journal anywhere, at any time, and can be a useful tool to encourage continued learning development at home. You can learn more about the ParentZone app.

Our Sensory Room is a relaxing space providing a unique sensory experience with activities and equipment to explore, engaging and stimulating children’s senses.

Parent Room
Our parent room is a dedicated safe space for us to get to know your family and you to speak in confidence with our nursery team about your child's nursery life.

Smart Board
Our Interactive Smart Board is used daily to bring learning to life and provides children with a hands-on approach with technology.

Funded Childcare
We offer government funded places for children aged 3 to 4 years, please speak to the Centre Director for more information.

Teacher
We have a fully qualified Teacher in our pre-school room who delivers exciting learning opportunities, whilst ensuring statutory and legal welfare requirements are met for every child.

Foundation Class
The foundation class nurtures each child's natural curiosity within a structured framework providing pre-school children with an early introduction to school life.

ParentZone
We keep families informed through ParentZone, an online learning journal platform, which can be accessed via a smartphone app.

UP
Exclusive to Busy Bees, UP is a learning and development app used by educators in our nursery and parents at home. Search ‘UP by Busy Bees’ on the app store to find out more.

Book Extra Sessions Online
We offer online booking for extra ad-hoc sessions at this nursery with Pebble.

Food at Busy Bees at Haslemere

Fees are inclusive of all meals, drinks, and snacks which are freshly prepared on site by our nursery chef. If your child has any specific dietary requirements or allergies, please chat with the centre director who will liaise with the chef to find a delicious alternative.  

At Busy Bees, we understand the importance of a healthy, balanced diet, and the impact that nutritious food can have on children’s health and well-being. Here is a short example of what you could expect your child to eat at our Haslemere day nursery: 

Breakfast

Seasonal fresh fruit with a selection of cereal or porridge. 

Morning Snack

Seasonal fresh fruit, wholemeal toast or other baked good, with a drink of either milk or water. 

Lunch

Beef/Pork/Vegetable Goulash served with boiled rice and green beans. Followed by banana and custard for dessert, with a drink of water. 

Afternoon Snack

Seasonal fresh fruit or vegetable sticks, with a drink of either milk or water. 

Early Evening Snack

Choice of pizza (rainbow vegetable/chicken and mushroom or margherita) with vegetable sticks, followed by a fruit platter, served with a drink of water.

Getting Outdoors

Our fantastic outdoor area is safe and secure, allowing children to explore, play and take safe risks, overseen by nursery staff. With a large green area, wooden playhouses, bikes, balls and scooters, the children will spend their time outdoors learning through play while getting their daily dose of fresh air.

We believe in an open and transparent approach to nursery fees at Busy Bees nursery in Haslemere, and wherever possible we offer various booking patterns for parents who require flexibility. We work with the Government’s 30 hours funded childcare scheme for three- and four-year-olds, more information can be found on our Funding Options page, or alternatively, contact the centre director to discuss finance options.

In order to best prepare the children for the next big chapter of their lives, Busy Bees do all that they can to support and celebrate the transition. Our nursery in Haslemere is conveniently located a short drive from the A3, within an easy driving distance from Aldershot, Guildford and Farnham. There are also excellent links to Haslemere train station, which is just a six-minute drive from the nursery. We also offer on-site car parking for easy drop-off and pick-ups.
